Having trouble logging into the Portal with Internet Explorer version 10?
You can use another browser, such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, or you can enable Compatibility View in IE10.
To enable Compatibility View in Internet Explorer 10:
On the Login page
of the Portal, go to the Tools menu in Internet Explorer and choose Compatibility View.
The page will refresh and you should now be able to log in. Internet Explorer should remember this next time and use Compatibility View whenever you visit the Login page.
We are working on a fix for this issue, but you should be able to access the Portal using one of these techniques.
