PrismCore ICS Basics
Session designed for new PrismCore users. Basics introduces new users to PrismCore ICS with a focus on accessing the system and basic data entry, and includes Purchase Orders, Receiving, Enter Invoice, and all aspects of Credit Requests. This session serves not only to introduce PrismCore ICS but is also a pre-requisite course for PrismCore ICS Advanced and PrismCore Course Materials Basic. Session intended for anyone who will need to access and work in PrismCore ICS.
PrismCore ICS Advanced
Session for managers, buyers, and other decision makers in the store. Session includes topics typically performed by manager level personal, such as Markdowns/Write-Offs, Physical Inventory, Closing the Sales Month, Group and User Security, and more.
PrismCore Course Materials Basics
Session includes all aspects of the Course Materials cycle from Textbooks Setup to Closing a Term. Designed for Course Material managers, buyers, and clerks, involved in the buying and selling of course materials.
PrismCore ICS Web & Mail Order
Session includes PrismCore ICS modules that interact with PrismWeb as well as processing of Web/Mail Orders. Session includes ICS set up, creating shipping codes, creation and maintenance of catalogs, creating mail orders in PrismCore and processing both mail and web orders. For anyone who working in PrismCore to send information to PrismWeb and those processing Mail and/or Web Orders.
PrismCore Course Materials Advanced

Session designed for the person who has attended PrismCore Course Materials Basics training or has worked with PrismCore Course Materials for 2 years. The "how-to" basics not covered, in this session; we focus on the complexities of PrismCore and the analysis of data.
PrismCore ICS Financial Aspects

Session designed for store managers and financial decision makers. The focus of this session is financial in content, reviewing how actions taken in the PrismCore ICS affect inventory value. A working knowledge of PrismCore ICS is required in order to attend this session. This session pre-supposes that the participant knows how to navigate the program as well as enter orders, receiving, invoice information, returns and credits.
